13 NCAC 10 .0405. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER FOR DISCOVERY

If any party or intervenor fails to comply with an order of the board or the hearing examiner to permit discovery in accordance with the provisions of these rules, the board or the hearing examiner may issue appropriate orders.
