13 NCAC 10 .0502. POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING

Latest version.

(a) Postponement of a hearing ordinarily will not be allowed.

(b) Except in the case of an extreme emergency, unusual circumstances or for good cause shown no such request will be considered unless received in writing at least three days in advance of the time set for the hearing.
