13 NCAC 10 .0603. STAY OF FINAL ORDER

(a) Any party aggrieved by a final order or other final determination of the board or hearing examiner, may, while the matter is within the jurisdiction of the board, file a motion for a stay.
(b) Such motion shall set forth the reasons a stay is sought and the length of the stay requested.
(c) The board or hearing examiner may order such stay for the period requested or for such long or shorter period as is appropriate.
