14B NCAC 01B .0303. RECEIPT OF REQUEST: SPECIFIC TIME LIMITS

Upon receipt of notice of a person's desire to present his views orally, the secretary will acknowledge receipt of the request and inform the person of the imposition of any limitations deemed necessary to the end of a full and effective public hearing on the proposed rule.
