14B NCAC 06C .0605. NOTIFICATION OF FULL COMMISSION ACTION

Subsequent to the hearing, an agent will be notified of the date the ABC Commission will consider the hearing officer's recommendations in the particular matter. An agent shall so notify local officials who expressed interest in the particular matter of the scheduled date, time, and location of the ABC Commission meeting.
