14B NCAC 07B .0102. VIOLATIONS OF MANUAL

Violations of this manual, Chapter 7 of Title 14B of the N.C. Administrative Code, and all policies, rules, regulations, directives and procedures of the department, if proven, can be used solely as the basis for disciplinary action against a member by this department, and then only in a non-judicial administrative proceeding.
