14B NCAC 08B .0201. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BUTNER PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS

The Department Secretary shall appoint a Medical Services Director for the Butner Public Safety Division (abbreviated, "BPS"). Subject to the Secretary's approval, the Medical Services Director shall establish medical requirements and standards as detailed hereafter for employment and applicants and members of BPS, based upon the physical and emotional demands of BPS duties.
