14B NCAC 08B .0205. CONFIDENTIALITY OF MEDICAL INFORMATION

All medical information collected by the BPS Medical Services Director shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed by the director unless:

(1) the involved member permits such disclosure; or

(2) such disclosure is required by a court order.
