15A NCAC 01L .0101. PURPOSE

Latest version.

Loans for wastewater treatment systems, wastewater collection systems, water supply systems and water conservation projects from the North Carolina Clean Water Bonds Loan Fund established by the S.L. 1998, c. 132, s. 10 shall be made in accordance with this Subchapter.
