15A NCAC 03M .0509. TARPON

Latest version.

(a) It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale tarpon.

(b) It is unlawful to possess more than one tarpon per person taken in any one day.

(c) It is unlawful to take tarpon by any method other than hook-and-line.
