15A NCAC 08G .0305. CLASSIFICATION OF LAND APPLICATION OF RESIDUALS SYSTEMS

Latest version.

Systems permitted for the land application of:

(1) residuals that are produced by a water pollution control system; or

(2) contaminated soils;

are classified as a land application of residuals system.
