15A NCAC 11 .0118. OPTIONAL EARLY COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION .1600

Any licensee or registrant may choose to imple­ment the rules in Section .1600 of this Chapter prior to the January 1, 1994 effective date of that Section, in lieu of the rules in Section .0400 of this Chapter, provided such licensee or registrant shall:

(1)           implement all rules in Section .1600 of this Chapter, except as exempted by the provisions of Rule .1602(c) of this Chap­ter;

(2)           comply with the rules in Section .1600 of this Chapter in lieu of any rule in Section .0400 of this Chapter that is cited in license or registration conditions, except as otherwise provided in Rule .1602 of this Chapter; and

(3)           provide written notification of implemen­tation to the agency at the address in Rule .0111 of this Section.
