15A NCAC 14C .0102. DEFINITIONS

As used in these Rules:

(1) "Board" shall mean the Governor's Waste Management Board.

(2) "Facility" shall mean a low‑level radioactive waste facility as defined in G.S. l04E‑5(9b) or a hazardous waste facility as defined under G.S. l30A‑290.
