15A NCAC 18C .1513. TOTAL TRIHALOMETHANES SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS: 10,000 OR MORE

(a)  The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.30 are hereby incorporated by reference including any subsequent amendments and editions. (b)  Travel trailer parks, campgrounds, and marina slips that are community water systems as defined by G.S. 130A-313(10), but do not serve 25 or more of the same persons more than six months per year shall be exempt from the provisions of this Rule.
