18 NCAC 04 .0205. OVERPAYMENT

Latest version.

If the Director determines that an overpayment of fees by check or money order is so large that it is not in the interest of the state to issue a refund, he shall require tender of the exact amount of fees prior to filing, preparation of copies, or certification.
