18 NCAC 04 .0303. REJECTION

If the Director finds that a document submitted for filing pursuant to a provision of Chapter 59 does not conform to law in any respect, he shall by return mail or other appropriate method remit the document to the person who submitted such document, accompanied by an explanation, in adequate detail, of the deficiency and credit the fee to that person's account.  The date of filing of such document shall be the date upon which the document is filed by the Division in such form as shall conform to law.
