18 NCAC 04 .0305. CORRECTIVE FILINGS -- LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

Latest version.

An error in a certificate of limited partnership which has been filed by or on behalf of a domestic limited partnership or in an application for registration which has been filed by a foreign limited partnership shall be corrected only by the filing of an amended certificate of limited partnership or an amended application for registration.
