19A NCAC 02B .0129. NO OBLIGATION OTHER THAN IN AGREEMENT WILL BE RECOGNIZED

The right of way instrument(s) of conveyance shall specifically include all terms and conditions mutually agreed upon and shall reflect a complete agreement on all matters involved in the negotiation. No obligations other than those set forth in the instrument(s) will be recognized, and the performance of the terms and conditions contained therein relieves the Department of Transportation of any and all further obligations or claims.
