19A NCAC 06C .0133. PROHIBITION/CONTRACTORS REMOVED/DIV HWYS PRE‑QUALIFIED BIDDERS

Contractors for State Aid to Airports projects are not required to be pre‑qualified through any procedure of the Department. However, the Department shall not approve contractors on State Aid to Airports projects who have been removed from the Division of Highways pre‑qualified bidder's list for cause without subsequent reinstatement. The sponsor and its consultant shall advise potential bidders of this Rule and insure that contracts are not awarded to contractors who have been disqualified from bidding on other programs of the Department.
