20 NCAC 02B .0811. INITIAL PERIOD OF ACTIVE DUTY

The term "initial period of active duty," as used in G.S. 135‑4(f)(6) is construed as including but not limited to any active duty in the armed forces of the United States during the periods beginning September 16, 1940 and ending December 31, 1946, and beginning June 27, 1950 and ending January 31, 1955.
