20 NCAC 02B .1001. PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS

Latest version.

Public school teachers are eligible to receive credit for service performed in private schools and orphanage schools where the state has later provided public schools in lieu of such private schools, and has later taken over and is currently operating such schools.
