20 NCAC 02B .1108. WILDLIFE PROTECTORS

Members who forfeited creditable service on account of the transfer from this Retirement System to the Law Enforcement Officers' Retirement System under Chapter 837 of the 1971 Session Laws and were further transferred from the Law Enforcement Officers' Retirement System to this Retirement System under Chapter 1034 of the 1983 Session (Regular Session, 1984) Laws, may restore such creditable service by paying an amount calculated pursuant to this Section.
