20 NCAC 02C .1102. NURSES

Latest version.

Nurses employed prior to July 1, 1937, by the City of Charlotte and paid by the Charlotte Cooperative Nursing Association are entitled to prior service credit for the services performed during this period, if funds were turned over to the city and the nurses were paid by a city voucher and they were under the control and supervision of the city officials.
