20 NCAC 02C .1602. ELIGIBILITY

Latest version.

A member may acquire the additional creditable service if employed or formerly employed by an employer who denied membership on account of a probationary employment policy after such an employer has revoked this policy. Purchase of the additional creditable service may be allowed at any time prior to a member's retirement.
