20 NCAC 03 .1003. PETITION FOR HEARING

The municipality or joint agency shall file a petition with the Secretary of the Local Government Commission setting forth the facts upon which its desire to issue refunding bonds is based and any legal arguments supporting its view that issuance of the refunding bonds is proper. The municipality or joint agency should mail one original and ten copies of the petition to the office of the Secretary of the Local Government Commission at 325 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603. No filing fee is required.
