20 NCAC 04 .0209. REVIEW OF DECISIONS OF THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE

Latest version.

Any taxpayer seeking administrative review of liability decisions of the Commissioner of Insurance shall follow the same procedure as followed by a taxpayer seeking administrative review of a decision of the Secretary of Revenue.
