20 NCAC 04 .0303. PETITION FOR HEARING

The corporation shall file a petition with the augmented board setting forth the facts upon which its belief is based and its argument with respect to the application of the allocation formula. The corporation should mail one original and four copies of the petition to the office of the secretary of the board, Albemarle Building, 325 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27611. No filing fee is required.
