20 NCAC 07 .0504. SPECIAL REPORTING RULE FOR DEDICATED METHOD DEPOSITORIES

A depository which has State funds and which has elected the Dedicated Method shall file, in addition to all forms required under the Dedicated Method, Form INV-99 "Selected Financial Data," referred to in Rule .0501, Paragraph (c) of this Section.
