20 NCAC 09 .0202. DECLARATORY RULES

Latest version.

(a) 20 NCAC 1F .0200 shall govern the issuance of declaratory rules by the agency.

(b) All correspondence shall be addressed to the Secretary‑treasurer at the mailing address of the agency.
