21 NCAC 06B .0302. ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Latest version.

Any person desiring to present data, views or arguments at a rule‑making hearing on a proposed rule or rule change is encouraged to submit a written copy of the presentation addressed to the Chairman, at the Board's office address, at least 15 days prior to the hearing.
