21 NCAC 06B .0308. REQUEST FOR STATEMENT ON FINAL DECISION

  • Any person or agency desiring a concise statement of the principal reasons for and against the adoption of a rule by the Board and the factors that led to sustaining or overruling the consideration urged for or against its adoption may submit a request in writing addressed to the Chairman at the office address. Such requests may be submitted either prior to the rule‑making hearing or within 30 days thereafter.
