21 NCAC 06C .0601. WHO HEARS CONTESTED CASES

Latest version.

All contested case hearings resulting from actions of the Board shall be heard by a majority of the Board, unless the Board elects to request an administrative law judge pursuant to G.S. 150B‑40(e).
