21 NCAC 06C .0904. BIAS CLAIMED BY PARTY

If for any reason any party in a contested case believes that a member of the Board is personally biased or otherwise unable to hear the case and perform all duties in an impartial manner, the party may file a sworn, notarized affidavit stating the reasons for such belief with the Chairman.
