21 NCAC 34B .0308. RENEWALS: NOTICES

Latest version.

The Executive Director of the Board shall, on or about December 1 of each year, mail to each licensee, to each holder of a funeral establishment permit and to each holder of a courtesy card a written notice that said license, permit or courtesy card shall expire as provided by law unless renewed.
