21 NCAC 50 .1204. NOTICE OF RULEMAKING HEARINGS

Upon a determination to hold a rulemaking proceeding, either in response to a petition or otherwise, the Board will give notice of a public hearing on the proposed rule, consistent with G.S. 150B-21.2.
