21 NCAC 58C .0211. RECORDS

In addition to complying with the course records requirements stated in Rule .0310 of this Subchapter, schools shall retain the following on file for at least two years:

(1)           student enrollment contracts;

(2)           class schedules;

(3)           advertisements;

(4)           bulletins, catalogues and other official publications; and

(5)           statements of consent required by Rule .0214(c) of this Subchapter.

These records shall be made available to the commission upon request.
