21 NCAC 58C .0213. PERFORMANCE BOND

Latest version.

An applicant for a private real estate school license shall execute, on a form prescribed by the Commission, a bond as required by G.S. 93A‑36, and shall submit with the license application a copy of said executed bond. Upon approval of the bond by the Commission, the applicant shall file the bond with the clerk of superior court of the county in which the school's administrative office is located, and shall provide evidence of such filing to the Commission prior to issuance of a license.
