21 NCAC 58C .0216. CHANGES DURING THE LICENSING PERIOD

Schools shall obtain advance approval from the Commission for any changes to be made during the licensing period with respect to textbooks, facilities, directors, policies and procedures, publications or any other matter subject to regulation by the Commission.  Schools are limited to one change in classroom facilities within the same county during any licensing period.  In the event a school desires to make a second change in classroom facilities within the same county, or to relocate such facilities to another county, during any licensing period, it shall be necessary for the owner to make application for an original license for the new location.
