24 NCAC 01D .0501. CREATION OF FUND

The agency hereby establishes the Homeownership Assistance Fund, hereinafter referred to as the "fund", for the purpose of assisting persons of lower or moderate income in the purchase of affordable housing and to provide mortgage assistance to eligible households through organizations that aid in the production of affordable housing.
