24 NCAC 01E .0101. FEDERAL LEASED HOUSING PROGRAMS

From time to time, the agency may participate in federal leased housing assistance payments programs (as authorized in the act); provided, however, that such participation is requested and approved by the governing body of the county, city or town in which any assisted project is to be located.
