25 NCAC 01B .0413. EXERCISE OF COMMISSION DISCRETION

For cases arising before January 1, 2012, the State Human Resources Commission shall weigh all relevant factors and circumstances in employee contested cases, including factors of mitigation and justification, in making a decision in a contested case of whether disciplinary action was imposed for just cause.
