25 NCAC 01C .0301. MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS

The Office of State Human Resources and the employing agency shall maintain such personnel records as required by statute and as the agency deems necessary for the proper administration of the personnel system. Personnel records shall be kept open for public inspection in accordance with Article 7 of Chapter 126 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
