01 NCAC 03A .0102. RESPONSIBILITIES

The division of general services is responsible for all renovation, repair, maintenance and operation of the state government complex facilities and grounds. The division shall be responsible for all capital improvements within the state government complex except for those classified as new construction pursuant to 1 NCAC 3A .0003. Its activities are directed toward maintaining an exterior and interior environment which is functional, attractive, and in good taste.
