04 NCAC 01F .0401. GENERAL

In order for the department to consider the designation of a project as a "basic building project", or to consider the establishment of a "guaranty against loss" reserve for that project, the department must compare the described project against certain standards and criteria. It is the purpose of this Section to specify the standards and criteria the department will use in making such comparisons and determinations.
