04 NCAC 16I .1106. BOOKS AND RECORDS

In addition to general corporate records maintained in the ordinary course of business as required by Sections 16D .0300 and 16K .0300 of this Chapter, each registrant shall maintain such books and records in such form as may be prescribed by the Administrator. The books and records of a controlled savings institution or its holding company shall not be removed from this State without the prior written approval of the Administrator.
