10A NCAC 22E .0104. FACILITY SERVICES

The cooperative agreement between the Divisions of Medical Assistance and Facility Services, Department of Health and Human Services, shall commit the Divisions to their responsibilities with regard to establishment and maintenance of standards for institutions and agencies participating in Medicaid.
