10A NCAC 22E .0105. BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD

The agreements between the Division of Medical Assistance, Department of Health and Human Services, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, shall commit the parties to their responsibilities with regard to exchange of Medicare payment information and maintenance of doctor file information.
