10A NCAC 22G .0211. PAYMENT ASSURANCES

The state shall pay each hospital the amount determined for inpatient services provided by the hospital according to the standards and methods set forth in this Section. In all circumstances involving third party payment, Medicaid shall be the payor of last resort.
