10A NCAC 22G .0212. PROVIDER PARTICIPATION

Payments made according to the standards and methods described in this Section are designed to enlist the participation of a majority of hospitals in the program so that eligible persons can receive medical care services covered by the North Carolina Medicaid program at least to the extent these services are available to the general public.
