10A NCAC 63D .0405. RETROACTIVE PAYMENTS  


Latest version.
  • (a)  Retroactive payments are made in an appeal process where it is determined that an erroneous payment has been made or when carrying out a court order.  They are limited in time to the date that the incorrect action was effective.

    (b)  Applicants for special assistance for the blind will be eligible retroactive two months from the date eligibility is established, but not prior to the date of application.
